Dear Group Members, Ron Cummins, owner of Casa de Paradise, recently completed construction of a studio apartment downstairs in his rental. I went over and shot a few photos of it and it is luxurious. It is large enough for two people, has a full kitchen, large bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and of course is steps away from the beach.
