Hi John, You may want to have a look at the Vacation Rentals section at http://www.roatanet.com/rentals.htm . There are many home rental options there, ranging from over $1,000 a week down to under $500 a week. You can take Taca from Honduras or El Salvador (I think you may be flying into there first) to get to Cuba. There used to also be an airline that flew from Honduras to Cuba for around $300, but I can't find the link.
