Roatan is only 28 miles long and 3 miles wide but that is in a straight line. Many people have asked what the 'real' distance is between locations. Roatan’s winding roadways add miles.
This is in no way the official distances as this only measured using a vehicle mileage indicator. These distances are along the main road to entrance roads of the various locations that have signs and many that don’t ! The distance from the main road to either the north shore or south shore locations are generally 1 mile or less.
