The town of Punta Gorda was the first settlement of the Garifuna in Central America. The Garifunas were marooned in Roatan by the British in 1796. Today Garifuna communities can be found right along the Honduran, Belize and Nicaraguan coastlines. Join us as we enjoy a live music and Punta dancing show on the beach in Punta Gorda.
