Marie and I and our son had a wonderful Holiday at the Wood House this December. We were singing about sleigh rides on warm evenings on Roatan. It is a lovely place, beautiful grounds and full amenities. The kitties are a bonus! Just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and dive shops in the West End. We hope to return again soon.

What a great place. Wonderful neighbors Miss Ella, Fanny, and all the girls over at Velva's Restaurant. We can't wait to live here. The house is perfect for us. Thank you! We hope to be back next year and stay longer. I hope we won't ruin your view. You'll just have to come and sit on our deck. It will be great. Anyway had a great time and will definitely be back!

What a wonderful little house you have here David. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. The island people are very nice and the weather perfect. Lobster at Velva's was the best we had and the coconut grouper at Half Moon Bay Restaurant was awesome. Lot of people were interested in the house. You'll probably here from Steve from Michigan who wants to rent it in December. Thanks again!

Wow! Quite the place you have here! It was great to feel immersed in the jungle here at The Wood House. There sure was no shortage of friendly neighbors and critters around. We really enjoyed our week in your house. Evenings on the deck! Lilly made our stay perfect. We went swimming with the dolphins, snorkeled, and had dinner at different restaurants. Half Moon Bay Restaurant and Bite on the Beach were our favorites. We will definitely be coming back. Hola, as the parrot next door keeps saying.

Great place! Lilly was very helpful and quite nice. Velva makes a great omelet; Brick oven and Pura Vida have great pizza. Eagle Rays is the best place for sunsets and drinks. Half Moon Bay, Lighthouse and Bite on the Beach all have great food. If you want a little noise go to the Twisted Toucan. Capt. Alex will take you around the island on his sailboat and cook you some very fresh lobster! If you want to see Cayos Cochinos you can set up a day trip at Roatan Rentals in West End.

After traveling through Guatemala a week at The Wood House to relax was just what I needed. Your neighbors, Miss Ella and Fanny are lovely and added to the ambiance. There is nothing better than having the parrot next door whistling at me. Great for my self-esteem. The weather was lovely. Great snorkeling at Half moon Bay and West Bay. Thank you for sharing your home with my family. We were immersed in the island atmosphere.

My friends and I had a GREAT time in Roatan...it was exactly what we were looking for on our spring break. West Bay was beautiful, as was all the coral reefs and sea life. We even got the chance to get SCUBA certified, which was a plus. And it was especially nice to be able to go back to your beautiful house at the end of the day and take it easy. Lily, as well as Ella and Fanny, were extremely helpful, and we found everyone in town to be very friendly and likeable. I think we went to Rudy's so many time that by the end of our visit, they knew all of us by name. We enjoyed our stay so much that all of us were very sad to leave. I think that I can say for all of us that we would welcome opportunities in the future to go back and visit again :)

The Wood House, in my opinion, is the most charming, beautiful residence in all of Half Moon and West End. Every day I considered myself pretty lucky to be staying where I was. The 5 minute walk is so convenient, and at the same time it is nice to be a bit out of the main stream of the cars and noise. Thanks so much for a wonderful time.
